Whether you’re looking for a new TV, headphones, or smart devices, Amazon Prime Day is often one of the best opportunities of the year to snag unbeatable prices.

First, any Amazon smart devices—we’re talking about the Echo or the smart plugs I have in almost every corner of the house—are often discounted up to 50%. Then there are brand names like Bose, Samsung, LG, and more, who mark their flagship products at $100+. I always kick myself when I order these in the spring only to watch them drop on Prime Day. Don’t make my mistake—order it when it goes on sale!

To help you sort through the pages upon pages of tech deals, we’re rounding up our top 5 buys. These are the products we own and love—they may be a big investment, but they last for years and even improve your health. Without further ado, let’s dive in!

The solution to not wanting a permanent TV in our living room turned out to be this portable one – it moves easily from room to room and works wirelessly, so it goes wherever we need it. We took it out for karaoke nights, parked it in the girls’ rooms on sick days, and even used it for my mom’s 70th birthday slideshow. It’s been on sale for months, and it’s here now the lowest price in the last year.

This took the top spot in our headphone product review. They were extremely comfortable, had excellent noise canceling capabilities, and the sound was the best in its class. They’re usually over $350, so now’s the time to stock up!

We have two Frame TVs in our home, and their art mode is so good that we wrote a full review on it. If the TV is in the main living area (like our bonus room), I want it to look decorative when not in use. Frame TV can’t compare to the matte, picture-like quality it can achieve. We’ve even rounded up our favorite artistic screens, so you can get a versatile, traditional look for any time of year.

I’ve learned more this past year than I have in years, and I owe a lot of it to this little Kindle Paperwhite. It slips into a bag without thinking, the screen reads like real paper even in the bright sun by the pool, and a single charge lasts me weeks of bedtime chapters. There’s something to be said for a device that does one thing and does it well — no notifications, no temptation to scroll, just a book in front of you.

These earbuds are the ones Chris got me to try after years of staying loyal to my Apple AirPods. What can I say except I’m switching to Samsung now! The sound quality is amazing, whether I’m listening to an audiobook while walking or on the phone. Battery life is an hour long (which makes a difference). Also, my Apple Airpods keep connecting to the girls’ Apple devices on the trip. It was frustrating to keep changing the output. They hold up so far. A must try if you’re in the market for new ones!

Something I keep every Big Day – we use these smart plugs to set our lights to turn on automatically (or just by saying “Alexa, it’s lamp hour”). They’re programmable through the Alexa app, so the possibilities are endless.

The Oura ring has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my life. It takes about three months to really get to know you, but the details start on day one – and the data is life-changing. It tells me if I went to bed too early or too late because of my chronotype (I’m a very early riser, which finally explained why sunrise always felt right), tracks my heart rate to tell the difference between stress and exercise, and even tells me where I am in my cycle. I set a stress goal for myself this year, and watching my fitness increase as I make small changes is kind of motivating.
