Rolex’s presence at Watches and Wonders 2026 – the most important and largest watch exhibition in the world – is built around one, big idea: to celebrate 100 years of the Oyster Perpetual case, the waterproof architecture that successfully defined the modern Rolex sports watch.
From the commemorative pieces of the Oyster Perpetual “Oyster 100” to further technological developments elsewhere in the range, all the innovations changed in that story of the century, showing for example how the original design of 1926 still supports what the Crown does best.
Clocks and wonders Geneva: Rolex, Grand Seiko and a host of other powerhouses gather in Switzerland every year to unveil their grand watches. Get all the new stuff.
Here, we’ve rounded up all the new references being developed by Crown at this year’s show.
The word “promotion” here is intentional. That’s because year after year, the crown quietly re-glides through a myriad of low-key dial colors, metal pairings and size changes in its vast watch catalog that never make the press, largely because it’s a subtle interaction even the most die-hard Rolex fans might not notice.
Rolex also annually updates an increasingly rare catalog section of precious set and stone dial pieces reserved for VIP clients, only a few of which are often shown to the public and pressed as “special watch” releases.

The 126680 in Oystersteel starts at $20,300, while the 126688 in yellow gold is priced at $57,800. Both models have the signature Oyster bracelet and 100 meters of water resistance.
