Hello beautiful friends! Today I am sharing with you the Bellabeautebar Dead Roses Eyeshadow Tutorial for this beautiful Friday the 13th. This is a collaborative look I did with my amazing friend Vel. You can find her on Instagram as I am Vel and on YouTube too! Use my membership code CORDELIA saving you money when you buy Bellabeautebar.
Bellabeautebar just launched the Dead Roses 2 palette, but Vel and I are super obsessed with the Dead Roses Palette, so we created two very different, fun looks to share.
All purchased by me. All opinions are my own.

Fairy Tears is a single eyeshadow that I bought at the same time as the Dead Roses Palette and it’s a great compliment!

Vel will have a tutorial on his appearance soon!

Many of you have messaged me saying you miss my makeup tutorials so I’ve started doing short tutorials on my Instagram and YouTube. Follow me for indie makeup inspiration! I love the bright look but occasionally I do the appropriate multichrome for the office as well. And you see a glimpse of my life on IG.

Multicolor Magic from Dead Roses

I love the multichromes and mattes of Dead Roses! See the shade descriptions I wrote for the colors in my Bellabeautebar Dead Roses Palette article.
I’ve been obsessed with the Dead Roses and Moral Gray palettes for the past year. I even took them with me on my trip to New Zealand. See the Best Makeup for Travel from the intrepid beauty lover.
If you love bold makeup, BBB has the palettes for you. Looking for something green? They’ve got you covered. Need to be neutral? You have options. Want all pink or purple? They have both! I absolutely love their palettes and that’s one of the many reasons I loved creating this Bellabeautebar Dead Roses Eyeshadow tutorial to share with you.
My Bellabeautebar Palettes:
Kaleidos Makeup Music
You know I love all things Kaleidos, so I recently broke my shopping spree to buy 2 new eyeliners, Lunaria and Scarlet Striker, 2 new glosses and their refills, Prismelt and Cheat Code. I picked up two clay cups from Siren and Rosefire. Finally, I also snagged their Merlot pencil. The colors of the items I purchased are perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
I want to give a shout out to Kaleidos to everyone and thank them for making lip products that are refillable. Many brands need to do this to reduce pollution. That said, I think the stick lipgloss formula from Kaleidos might be more fun for me. When I apply them over Merlot pencil or rosefire lip clay, they transfer to my teeth in no time. I would love any suggestions to prevent them from getting in my teeth. That’s one of the many reasons I still love matte liquid lips! No transfer on my teeth or near my face.
TirTir
I wanted to try a few things from TirTir and needed another skin care product, so I also bought the TirTir Mask Fit Aura Cushion in 13N Fair Ivory on sale. While the color match is good for me and it didn’t oxidize me, I don’t like the coverage. I feel like it shows a lot of texture on my skin. It looked good in my hand but I didn’t like how it looked when worn. I will try with another primer though, maybe that will help.
My Office
I don’t have a designated office in my new home, so for now I’m doing my makeup in the kitchen. My lighting is too yellow in the kitchen, even natural light. Hopefully in the next month or so I will be able to set up an office space with better lighting. Right now, we’re buying less and growing furniture to fill out our home, since we haven’t moved overseas much. After I get my office ready I will be able to do a film tutorial with better lighting than what I have in this Bellabeautebar Dead Roses Eyeshadow tutorial.

Cosmetics No Longer To Buy

I’ve been on makeup and shopping for 4 months (and I’ve been shopping low since 2019, that’s why I don’t buy every new release that comes out), but even after that, I waited to buy a new eyeshadow palette. What finally caught my eye was the Cosmic Brushes Angelic palette. I will be comparing it to my Danessa Myricks Pastel Dream palette. I have the Cosmic Brushes Gothic and Cooltrails palettes and love them, so I’m excited to try this one. Let me know if you want to see a tutorial on it.
Final thoughts
I thought life would slow down after moving, but I was wrong! A lot needs to be done to integrate the community here. I will be working on creating more courses as requested. I hope you had a happy Friday the 13th and a great weekend if you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day or Carnival here in Europe.
