Welcome to my favorites for October 2021!
Hi there! I hope you are all doing well and sitting on top of the daily clutter that needs regular maintenance. It’s a lot sometimes. But don’t worry, I have many resources on my site to help you. And with the holidays coming up, I have the perfect place to start. With 30 Day Declutter Challenge of course! I have free printables to help you stay on track. Check it out and do a little decluttering every day. Then when Christmas begins, you and your home will be feeling much lighter. Yes! And speaking of Christmas, I’m talking a little bit about it below because I’m on my way to getting things done early. Christmas party is my jam! But first here’s a little look at what’s been going on in my life lately and what I’m into right now.
October 2021 NEWS
Currently FOOD:
You all know how excited I get when a snack pops up at my local grocery store (IGA if you’re in Canada). These Sea Salt & Vinegar Pistachios from the brand Wonderful are SO cute! And wee bit addicting to want someone to hide them from you. Even if you’re my age, you can just hide it because you’ll never remember where you put it, ha!

Current Reading:
I’m reading a new book by Nicholas Sparks, Desireright now. So I can’t even tell you what I’m going to rate it because I haven’t finished yet. But I love the way Nicholas Sparks writes and so far I love this book. The reviews are great on Amazon too. Have you read it?

NOW WATCHING:
I just got into this new Netflix series called The maid. Oh my god, I’m still speechless. What an emotional ride it is and I can’t stop thinking about it. It has been a long time since the show affected me like this. It’s hard to watch but an eye-opener regarding domestic abuse. Acting is an IRL mother and daughter duo, Andie MacDowell and Margaret Qualley. You have to watch it.

What else can I start watching in October? Hallmark Christmas Movies! Check out the music, “it’s the most wonderful time of the year”. Yes!! Will I beat my record of 50 movies watched last year? Stay tuned to find out, ha! Download your own movie playlist HERE. And if you live in the States, there’s even an app for Hallmark Christmas movies. Unfortunately we don’t have access to it here in Canada.

I Like Now:
I only have one thing to share with you this month but it’s a good one. These metal label clips by iDesign there is just fun. They tape right to any basket you want as long as you don’t bend it too much. I use my own this wire basket I stay in my office to get the benefits I need to do. A dedicated basket like this one is especially useful during the Christmas season when gift shopping comes in and out. These label clips make me so happy 🙂

Currently RUNNING:
It’s Christmas! I like to get the ball rolling and be completely done by the end of November. Then I can just sit back and enjoy December to the fullest instead of rushing here, there and everywhere. So far I have set mine up a place to store giftshe edited mine Gift list app in 2021 and printed mine 2021 Christmas Planner. I have already updated last year’s plan for 2021 and am giving it away for FREE to anyone else who wants to use it. I’ll be doing a dedicated Christmas Planner post (with lots of tips!) but for those reading today you get first dibs on it!

Cleaning up now:
I’ve cleaned out the box this past month of all sorts of randomness around the house. Small pieces are collected every day and added to me donation channel. Believe me, I don’t just preach these things, I do them too!!

What have you been cleaning this past month?
My Amazon Store:
If anyone is wondering product planning and I want to see more of my favorites, you’ll be happy to know that I’ve put them all together in one place. Check them out HERE in mine Amazon store. So many brilliant things! And I added a few new things this past month.
