Why we love this ASUS TUF Gaming F16 deal
Game performance for the price
The RTX 5050 handles 1080P games at high refresh rates in most titles. Paired with a Core i5 13450HX and 16GB DDR5, you get solid frame rates without stuttering at short intervals. The 512GB PCIe Gen4 SSD keeps load times fast.
Show and build
The 16 inch FHD Plus 165Hz 16 by 10 screen offers a balance of sharpness and speed. It’s easier to multitask than standard 16 by 9 panels. The TUF chassis adds MIL STD durability and a keyboard that holds up under long sessions.
Battery connection
Wi Fi 6E supports fast wireless on modern networks. USB C and HDMI cover external displays, and Windows 11 Home is ready out of the box. Battery life is average for a gaming laptop, so plug in for maximum performance.

What to consider before buying
The RTX 5050 is an entry-level GPU these days, so don’t expect high settings at 1440P or 4K like some of the best gaming laptops. The Core i5 13450HX is capable of gaming but is older than current generation mobile chips. We’ve tracked this as low as $899 recently, so $909.99 is near the bottom. If you’re looking for an RTX 5050 laptop with a fast 165Hz display and don’t want to wait, the value here is tight while stocks last and prices last.
