A low-cost yet compelling TV at a bargain price
Updated: April 10, 2026 1:54 pm
Hisense isn’t the top brand in the TV market, but it produces reliably affordable models with features you can enjoy. And we may have found a solid upgrade option if you’re in the market to replace a tired old set.
The Hisense 55-inch Class U6 Series has just returned to its lowest price yet in a new, limited-time Amazon deal. That means this 4K TV is available for $400. That’s a $150 discount (27%), and there’s a lot to like about this 2025 TV than it has to offer.

Why we love this 55-inch Class U6 series
Powerful Mini-LED
The Class U6 Series 55-inch is a solid Mini-LED TV that can deliver realistic visuals thanks to this technology. And with up to 600 local dimming settings and a 1,000-nit peak brightness, this can provide a huge improvement over older TVs that lack compelling contrast or brightness.
144Hz game mode
If you want a TV for gaming and everyday viewing, the 144Hz Game Mode of this model can deliver. It supports AMD FreeSync Premium and VRR (variable refresh rate), you should be able to enjoy smooth action even with fast games. This is a native 144Hz TV with Motion 480.
QLED color
Vibration is just as important as smoothness when it comes to TV viewing. And the quantum dot technology used here will produce billions of colors for stunning viewing. User reviews are positive about the visual experience of the value, and the image is among the important points!
What to consider before buying
This Hisense 55-inch TV has a lot to offer, especially if you’re working on a tight budget and looking for practical upgrades. It’s also the lowest TV price ever seen on Amazon, which is a huge bonus. The 65-inch model is also available at a discount right now. So if you want something bigger, you can find that deal on the same product page.
