{Vase & Faux Tulips}
Happy Saturday! It’s still April but May madness is in full swing here at home. Yours too? Hold on tight if you have kids at school! It amazes me how quickly it gets busy with all the school work. Then fold! I’m starting Saturday 6 with this cute ruffle vase! I’m excited about it because I’ve seen it in store/higher price and it’s backordered. I found a similar vase on Amazon for less and it came quickly and is beautiful! More about the smart green color than it looks online and it’s perfect for real or fake tulips! They just pull out all the ruffles so well. Spring/summer perfection. 🙂

Last week’s El makeover resulted in a thorough cleaning of my girls’ bathroom. A little love was much needed! Especially this area under the ad sink. Why are there pencils in this drawer? I stopped asking such questions a long time ago. Ha.

Big improvement in little time. I love makeovers like that.
These jars are perfect for holding elastics / scrunchies. I’ve had them for a while in a separate closet and they worked great for the girls when they remembered to put everything back in!
I ordered this makeup palette organizer to hold more (watch out.. girls have more than enough eyeshadow).
I also ordered this under the sink organizer to add a little vertical storage.
If I had the space I would use the clear lazy susan I have under my bathroom sink because it holds a lot, but it was too wide to fit makeup and elastics.
These clear paintings are another great option under the bathroom sink!

I also gave my car a good clean this week! Then I put together my favorite car layouts here. I’m so excited to set up Amazon folders for all the things we use/love! As you know, categorizing things has always been a past favorite of mine. 😉

These are just a few of the new things I’ve been loving in my car! The only one I didn’t use was another trunk editor option. If you drive a lot of kids to errands it looks like a great option hanging over the back seat! I love the place for water bottles too. 🙂

Moving on to fashion.. loving this top lately!
I wore it to lunch this week with friends.. we met a big group but the 4 of us ended up hanging out for a long time and had a great time chatting/crying together. We are all very focused on our feelings about our children graduating and moving out. We have raised our children together from preschool to now. It seems surreal that we are at this stage!
A quick little example/flashback.. me and my friend Ann and Ad and his son at the beach!
They were the best little friends ever!
And they still exist today. 🙂 They went to a dance together last spring and had the best time.
See, why are we all crying!? Someone send me a box of tissues!

While lace and flutter sleeves are fun.. graphic tees and sneakers are what I love to wear. 🙂 This peach tee is so cute!
{Faux Olive Tree}
I took this quick photo with my phone and the lighting isn’t great but I wanted to give you an idea of what this beautiful faux tree looks like! I’m going to get a better pot for it to add height and I still need to fix the branches, but isn’t it nice and practical!? Perfect for a cozy corner in any room!
It comes out with this picture in our yard! My white flowers are really showing off at the moment. 🙂
